Tuition Agreement for Academic Year: 2025–2026

This Tuition Agreement is entered into between Ignite Christian Academy and the undersigned parent(s) or legal guardian(s) for the enrollment of the student listed below.

Annual Tuition and Fees

·        Tuition: $8,500.00

Curriculum

A non-refundable curriculum fee | downpayment of $250 is due at the time of August enrollment in the FACTS portal.

Tuition

Tuition payments start August 10, 2026, minus tax credits and scholarships. Once the tax credit approval letter is received and uploaded through the link on the website, ICA will apply a provisional credit to your account. If the endorsed tax credit check to ICA is not received by September 15, the provisional tuition credit will be withdrawn. The final tuition payment must be made no later than May 4, 2027.

Note: In the event that the tax credit funding is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, parents | guardians may apply for tuition assistance.

Tuition Payment Options

Payment Method

All tuition payments must be made through the Payment Portal or by check. Families may choose from the following payment methods:

·        ACH (Bank Draft): No additional fee

·        Debit/Credit Card: Subject to a 2.9% processing fee

·        Check

FACTS account setup is required prior to the first payment. Instructions will be provided upon enrollment.

Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit

Parents/Guardians may be eligible to receive a state tax credit of up to $7,500 per child based on combined gross household income. The Oklahoma Tax Commission administers this credit, and the family must apply for it annually. The school does not determine eligibility.

Terms and Conditions

1.      Financial Obligation: The parent/guardian agrees to pay the full tuition and fees based on tax credits and scholarships according to the selected plan, regardless of student absences, withdrawal, or dismissal.

2.     Late Payments: A $30 late fee may apply for payments not received within fifteen business days of the due date.

3.     Returned Payments: A $30 fee will be charged for any returned or failed payments.

4.     Payment Attempt: In the event a payment is declined, an automatic reattempt will be made 15 days after the original due date, and a late fee will be incurred.

5.     Delinquent Accounts: LWCA reserves the right to withhold report cards, transcripts, or enrollment access for any delinquent accounts.

6.     Refund Policy: Tuition is non-refundable after 30 days from the first day of attendance.

7.     Communication: The parent/guardian is responsible for keeping all contact and payment information up to date.

Agreement and Acknowledgment

By signing below, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Tuition Agreement and accepts full financial responsibility.
